Founder/Visioneer
Aaron's background includes over 20 years as the founding member of RDG, a mixed-use real estate development consulting company. Before this, he founded the first coffee house/espresso business in the Tri-Cities, spent six years as a residential real estate broker, three years as a Registered Representative holding the FINRA Series 6 & 63 securities licenses, and six years as a residential mortgage consultant.
In the mid-'90s, Aaron contracted to write business plans and coordinated market analyses for Tri-Cities small business start-ups for technology transfer groups from the Pacific Northwest Labs, and others, to secure seed and early-stage financing and equity.
Ryman Development Group (RDG) has consulted on various commercial real estate projects in the greater Tri-Cities, Washington. Among the projects we've consulted on were Bradley Landing, Columbia Point, Vista Field, and the early planning of the Kennewick convention center.
RDG is currently working on a proposal for a ground-up entertainment district development in the Tri-Cities (anchored by a hybrid indoor/outdoor amphitheater), as well as the conceptual planning for a Renewable Energy Campus (BioGas to RNG) to be located in Richland, Washington.
Joe Jackson
Beginning in 1997, with an initial contract to consult on the Bradley Landing development in Richland, RDG has had a passion for visionary mixed-use development, incorporating New Urbanist concepts and sustainable resources.
From the first, RDG has conceptualized project visions incorporating density, walkability, and community-building cohesiveness to create more "livable" and sustainable communities.
RDG has a core philosophy of community involvement. Working with local organizations, and creating and organizing fundraising campaigns is fundamental to building a sustainable community.
